**Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors**
In the rare event of receiving a damaged product or encountering a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered. You are eligible for a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. To start the process, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
**Multiple Product Issues**
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products please be sure to send photos (or videos) showing all affected products visible in one frame.
**Order Changes and Returns**
Since each item is printed after purchase, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for orders where customers have selected the wrong size, or color, or changed their minds. Please double-check your order before ordering and reach out if you have any questions.
**Order Errors and Unsuccessful Deliveries**
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact your local post office.
**Print Placement Tolerance**
For physical products like our spiral notebooks, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in placement that are within this window will not be considered defective.
Also, please remember that colors can vary from monitor to monitor and from monitor to print.
